Notice of Hearing on Preliminary Plat
 
Pursuant to City Code#151.07 of the City of Battle Lake, you are hereby notified of a public hearing for consideration of a preliminary plat from Robert G. & Dorothy S. Wright, Trustees, Wright Family Revocable Living Trust for a 2 lot subdivision to be known as Wright’s First Addition to Battle Lake (2.85 acres within Government Lot 2, Section 3, Township 132, Range 40, City of Battle Lake, Otter Tail County, MN – Street Address:  507 Front Street)
 
Details and site plan sketches for the above application are available for inspection at the City Clerk’s office at 108 Main St East, Battle Lake, MN.
 
The Battle Lake Planning Commission Hearing will be Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at City Hall at 108 E Main, Battle Lake, Minnesota at 7:00 pm.  The City Council will consider this matter on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.
 
Any objections to this preliminary plat may be made in person at the time of the said hearing, or by letter to the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Battle Lake, PO Box 386, Battle Lake, MN  56515-0386 on or before Tuesday, December 6, 2016.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON VARIANCE
 
 Pursuant to City Code #150.102 of the City of Battle Lake, you are hereby notified of a public hearing on a request for a variance of the following nature:
 
Request is to consider a variance from the allowable impervious surface.   After installation of parking lot, impervious calculation came in at 41.45%. This is 811 square feet over the allowable 22,292 square feet.  A higher berm was installed on the east end of the property, along with a small stormwater area in the northeast section of the property to keep water on the property. 
 
Details for the above application are available for inspection at the City Clerk’s office at 108 Main Street East, Battle Lake, MN.
 
The Battle Lake Planning Commission will review this application on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Battle Lake City Hall.   The Board of Zoning Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on this request on Tuesday, December 13, 2016, 7:00 p.m. at Battle Lake City Hall.

Butcher, dated November 2, 2016, having been filed in this Court representing that the above named decedent has been dead for more than three years leaving certain property therein described, and requesting the descent of said property be determined and assigned by the Court to the persons entitled thereto.
 
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that said petition be heard on the 3rd day of January, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. by the above named Court at Fergus Falls, State of Minnesota.
