Under and by virtue of a Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure entered and filed in the District Court of Otter Tail County, Minnesota, on June 20, 2016, in the above-entitled action, wherein The First National Bank of Henning obtained a Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure against the defendants, I am commanded to sell those certain lots or parcels of land situated in the County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of December, 2016, at the Otter Tail County Courthouse, Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office, 417 Court Street South, Fergus Falls, Minnesota, I will, in obedience to said Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure, sell the above-described real estate to the highest bidder for cash, to satisfy judgments totaling $397,635.04, pursuant to paragraphs 5, 8, and 57 of the Judgment, together with interest and costs, against Tract One; and $236,993,36 against Tract Two, pursuant to paragraph 9 of the Judgment, together with interests and costs.

Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representatives will be appointed with the full power to administer the decedent’s estate, including the power to collect all assets; pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses; to sell real and personal property and do all necessary acts for the decedent’s estate.
 
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat.§524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.
