Stensrude Estate land located in Maine Township, legally described as follows, to-wit: Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4 SE1/4), Section 21, Township 134, Range 41.

THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
 
    You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiffs’ attorney an Answer to the Amended Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service.  If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.  
THIS ACTION involves, affects or brings into question real property situated in the 
County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota described as follows:
 
That part of Government Lot 4 and that part of the land lying between Government Lot 4 and the shoreline of East Battle Lake, which was erroneously shown as a meandered lake on the Original Government Survey in Section 1, Township 132, Range 39, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows:
 
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 1; thence on an assumed bearing of North along the west line of said Section 1, a distance of 3923.00 feet; thence North 54 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 132.50 feet; thence South 33 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 139.32 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence South 59 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 213.39 feet to said west line of Section 1; thence on a bearing of North along said west line, a distance of 152 feet more or less, to the shoreline of said East Battle Lake; thence northeasterly, along said shoreline to the intersection with a line which bears North 33 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds West from the point of beginning; thence South 33 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 141 feet more or less, to the point of beginning.  Containing 23,171 square feet more or less.

That part of Government Lot 7 and that part of the land lying between Government Lot 7 and the shoreline of East Battle Lake, which was erroneously shown as a meandered lake on the Original Government Survey in Section 2, Township 132, Range 39, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows:
 
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 2; thence on an assumed bearing of North along the east line of said Section 2, a distance of 3484.56 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence North 20 degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 375 feet more or less to the shoreline of said East Battle Lake; thence northeasterly, along said shoreline to said east line of Section 2; thence on a bearing of South along said east line, a distance of 442 feet more or less, to the point of beginning.  Containing 29,707 square feet more or less. 
 
Both parcels subject to and together with a non-exclusive easement as described in that certain Easement Agreement recorded as Document No. 1080759, according to the recorded files thereof. 
 
Both parcels are subject to an Otter Tail Power Company easement described as follows:
 
A utility easement in favor of Otter Tail Power Company, over and across that part of Government Lot 7 and that part of the land lying between Government Lot 7 and the shoreline of East Battle Lake, which was erroneously shown as a meandered lake on the Original Government Survey in Section 2, Township 132, Range 39, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, being a strip of land lying 5.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
 
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 2; thence on an assumed bearing of North along the east line of said Section 2, a distance of 3484.56 feet; thence North 20 degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 242.96 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline to be described; thence North 55 degrees 41 minutes 39 seconds East a distance of 139.33 feet; thence North 58 degrees 09 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 182.00 feet and there terminating.
 
At the point of beginning of said centerline, the sidelines of said easement shall be prolonged or shortened to terminate on a line which bears North 20 degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds West and South 20 degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds East from the point of beginning.
 
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the object of this action is to obtain a judgment that Plaintiffs are the owners in fee simple of the above-described real property; and that other than that described and allocated above, the Defendants, and each of them, be declared to have no right, title, estate, right to possession, lien or interest in the real estate described above.  
The Defendants will take notice that no personal claim is made by the Plaintiffs against any of the defendants.
