Gene Jensen, long time resident of Ashby, was honored with an open house celebration Thursday, August 31 on his retirement. Gene has served as a dispatcher for the Grant County Sheriff’s Dept. for 27 years. Another farewell party had been at the sheriff’s office the previous day.
