THIS SUMMONS IS DIRECTED TO THE DEFENDANTS NAMED ABOVE.
1. YOU ARE BEING SUED. The Plaintiff has started a lawsuit against you. The Plaintiff's Complaint against you is on file in the office of the court administrator of the above-named court. Do not throw these papers away. They are official papers that affect your rights. You must respond to this lawsuit even though it may not yet be filed with the Court and there may be no court file number on this summons.
2. YOU MUST REPLY WITHIN TWENTY (20) DAYS TO PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS. You must give or mail to the person who signed this summons a written response called an Answer within 20 days of the date on which you received this Summons. You must send a copy of your Answer to the person who signed this summons located at:

7. THIS ACTION INOLVES, AFFECTS, OR BRINGS INTO QUESTION REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF OTTER TAIL, AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
That part of Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter in Section 36, Township 133 North, Range 43 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at a found iron monument which designates the north quarter corner of said Section 36; thence South 89 degrees 53 minutes 44 seconds West on an assumed bearing along the north line of said Section 36 for a distance of 1302.13 feet to found iron monument at the northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 27 minutes 55 seconds West along the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter for a distance of 75.00 feet to a found iron monument on the southerly right of way line of County State Aid Highway No. 1; thence North 89 degrees 53 minutes 44 seconds East parallel with the north line of said Section 36 and along said southerly right of way line for a distance of 236.00 feet to an iron monument, said point is the point of beginning; thence South 01 degree 22 minutes 30 seconds West for a distance of 124.00 feet to an iron monument; thence South 29 degrees 10 minutes 19, seconds East for a distance of 119.22 feet to an iron monument; thence South 89 degrees 41 minutes 18 seconds East for a distance of 251.50 feet; thence North 00 degrees 27 minutes 55 seconds East parallel with the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter for a distance of 230.00 feet to said southerly right of way line; thence South 89 degrees 53 minutes 44 seconds West parallel with the north line of said Section 36 and along said southerly right of way line for a distance of 308.50 feet to the point of beginning. The above described tract contains 1.56 acres.
The purpose of this action is to determine any adverse claims and quiet title to the real property described above in the name of the plaintiff above.
