It is Ordered and Notice is given that on November 8, 2016, at 1:30 p.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at the Otter Tail County Courthouse, 121 W. Junius Avenue, Fergus Falls, MN 56537, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the decedent’s Will dated January 1, 2014, and for the appointment of Steven Fischer, whose address is 54666 US Highway 10, New York Mills, Minnesota 56567, as personal representative of the estate of the decedent in an unsupervised administration.
Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the estate, including the power to collect all assets; pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses; sell real and personal property; and do all necessary acts for the estate.
Notice is also given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.

    You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service.  If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.  
THIS ACTION involves, affects or brings into question real property situated in the 
County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota described as follows:
 
That part of Government Lot 1, Section 25, Township 132 North, Range 40 West, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows:  
 
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 25; thence South 49°10'22" East (for descriptive purposes only the west line of said Section 25 has an assumed bearing of South) a distance of 1162.91 feet; thence South 56°36'25" East 82.34 feet; thence South 25°10'23" West 118.55 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of Crane Lake Drive; thence South 50°21'21" West 71.01 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of Crane Lake Drive; thence North 40°52'49" West, along said southerly right-of-way line, a distance of 37.55 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence reversing South 40°52'49" East, along said southerly right-of-way line, 37.55 feet; thence South 61°19'11" East, along said southerly right-of-way line, 79.92 feet; thence South 61°15'32" East, along said southerly right-of-way line, 80.12 feet; thence South 49°16'22" West 184 feet more or less to the shoreline of Crane Lake; thence Northwesterly, along said shoreline, 188 feet more or less to a line bearing South 49°11'18" West from the point of beginning; thence North 49°11'18" East 119 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
 
Subject to a mortgage in favor of The First National Bank of Henning as recorded in the office of the Otter Tail Recorder as Document Number 1171301. 
 
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the object of this action is to obtain a judgment that Plaintiffs are the owners in fee simple of the above-described real property; and that the Defendants, and each of them, be declared to have no right, title, estate, right to possession, lien or interest in the real estate described above.  
The Defendants will take notice that no personal claim is made by the Plaintiff against any of the defendants.

Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing.
