    You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service.  If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.  
        THIS ACTION involves, affects or brings into question real property situated in the 
County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota described as follows:
That part of Government Lot 5 of Section 34, Township 133 North, Range 39 West, Otter Tail County Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at the west quarter corner of said Section 34; thence North 01 degree 27 minutes 42 seconds West, assumed bearing along the west line of said Section 34, a distance of 343.85 feet; thence North 88 degrees 16 minutes 16 seconds East 79.98 feet; thence North 01 degree 27 minutes 42 seconds West 50.00 feet; thence North 55 degrees 13 minutes 40 seconds East 130.03 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence North 40 degrees 47 minutes 41 seconds East 156.73 feet; thence North 44 degrees 27 minutes 16 seconds West 175.90 feet; thence South 36 degrees 46 minutes 15 seconds West 70.16 feet to a line bearing North 18 degrees 28 minutes 03 seconds West from the point of beginning; thence South 18 degrees 28 minutes 03 seconds East 198.22 feet to the point of beginning.  The tract contains 0.45 acres more or less 
Subject to the easement in favor of Lake Region Co-op Electrical Association as       recorded in the office of the Otter Tail County Recorder as Document Number 736826. 
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the object of this action is to obtain a judgment that Plaintiff, Michael Massara, is the owner in fee simple of the above-described real property; and that the Defendants, and each of them, be declared to have no right, title, estate, right to possession, lien or interest in the real estate described above.  
The Defendants will take notice that no personal claim is made by the Plaintiff against any of the defendants.
