Lady Arrows Beat Chargers

vs Clinton-GracevilleBeardsley – Monday, September 25 18-25, 7-25, 10-25 Tonight was a difficult night for the Arrows. We were unable to find our momentum to move forward. We had aggressive blocking at the net with 25 block touches and 3 ace blocks. Aanika Anderson found the holes, putting away 8 kills (1 ace block). Brynn Krupke had 2 ace blocks. 

vs Battle Lake – Tuesday, September 26 19-25, 17-25, 23-25 The Arrows were caught playing too much defense. We didn’t anticipate the Battlers offense and made ourselves work extra hard to keep up. Josey Ness and Courtney Koefod served 100% for the Arrows. Aanika Anderson and Brynn Krupke each added 6 kills. 

vs Rothsay – Thursday, September 28 25-23, 25-18, 21-25, 15-25, 13-15 It was an equally played match that could have ended either way. Both teams played hard and fought until the last point. Unfortunately, we just came up short in the end. The Arrows served with 92% accuracy with 5 ace serves. Serving leaders were Josey Ness (27/27) and Courtney Koefod (13/13, 1 ace). 

at B-H Tournamentt – Saturday, September 30 The Arrows went to Bertha Hewitt for a tournament. Parkers Prairie 11-25, 22-25 Hancock 22-25, 20-25 Henning 10-25, 14-25 Bertha Hewitt 10-25, 13-25 Today we had some changes in our rotation due to injury. Halle Dahlen, Kalista Aamot and Taleeyah Johnson all stepped up and contributed in their own ways.
