A Great Day For A Walk In The Park
The annual Walk for Glendalough was Saturday, April 21 with 350 attending. The program closed with recognition for the top Walk 2018 fundraisers. Four area residents were recognized for exceptional 2018 Walk fundraising; including Grace Stoebe (1st), Wasson Farm Team (2nd), Carol Witt (3rd) and Val Martin (4th). It was inspiring to see several examples of student fundraising and stewardship to the park. Dani Hanson and Megan Hodnefield were recognized with awards.
Park Manager, Jeff Wiersma was also recognized for his 20 years of service as Glendalough’s primary steward.
Dave Hanson and Pam Anderson who have faithfully volunteered their time and talents to Glendalough for many years.
