Sondag, deceased, also the unknown heirs, successors or assigns of any of the above defendants, and all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, interest, or lien in the real estate described in the Answer, Counterclaim, Cross Claim, and Third-Party Complaint,

State of Minnesota to the Above-Named Third-Party Defendant:
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Penn C. Brandborg, Plaintiff’s attorney whose address is 315 South Mill Street, Fergus Falls, MN 56537, and upon Samuel D. Felix, who is attorney for Troy Parrish and Kimberly Parish, Defendants and Third-Party Plaintiffs, and whose address is 450 West Main Street, Perham MN 56573, an answer to the third-party complaint which is herewith served upon you within 20 days after the service of this summons upon you exclusive of the day of service.  If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the third-party complaint.
THIS ACTION involves, affects, or brings into question real property situated in the County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota, described as follows:
All of Lot 2 and that part of Lot 1, LINDEN PARK ON PELICAN LAKE, OTTER TAIL CO., MINN. said plat is on file in the office of the Recorder, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, and that part of Government Lot 5, Section 6, Township 137, Range 42, said County, all described as follows:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of said Lot 2; thence North 50 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds West (bearing is based on Otter Tail County Coordinates – 1996 Adjustment) along the northeasterly line of said Lot 2, a distance of 54.54 feet to the most easterly corner of said Lot 1; thence North 60 degrees 55 minutes 19 seconds West along the northeasterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 8.00 feet; thence South 31 degrees 45 minutes 56 seconds West parallel with the southeasterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 45.00 feet; thence North 60 degrees 55 minutes 19 seconds West parallel with said northeasterly line of Lot 1, a distance of 17.00 feet; thence South 31 degrees 45 minutes 56 seconds West parallel with said southeasterly line of Lot 1, a distance of 112 feet more or less, to the shoreline of Pelican Lake; thence southeasterly, along said shoreline to the intersection with the southwesterly extension of the southeasterly line of said Lot 2; thence North 33 degrees 33 minutes 49 seconds East along said southwesterly extension and along said southeasterly line of Lot 2, a distance of 154 feet more or less, to the point of beginning.
Containing 11,278 square feet more or less.

That part of Government Lot 5, Section 6, Township 137, Range 42, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the North Quarter corner of said Section 6; thence South 00 degrees 02 minutes 26 seconds West (bearing is based on Otter Tail County Coordinates – 1996 Adjustment) along the west line of said Government Lot 5, a distance of 1685.68 feet to the northwest corner of LINDEN PARK ON PELICAN LAKE, OTTER TAIL CO., MINN. according to the recorded plat thereof; thence South 60 degrees 55 minutes 19 seconds East along the northeasterly line of said LINDEN PARK ON PELICAN LAKE, OTTER TAIL CO., MINN. a distance of 312.95 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence North 00 degrees 02 minutes 26 seconds East parallel with said west line of Government Lot 5, a distance of 364.41 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of County State Aid Highway No. 20; thence easterly, along said southerly right-of-way line, on a non-tangential curve concave to the north, having a radius of 1959.86 feet, a delta angle of 04 degrees 13 minutes 26 seconds and a chord bearing of North 73 degrees 36 minutes 47 seconds East, for an arc distance of 144.48 feet to the west line of that certain tract of land identified as Tract B and Tract C by Judgment and Decree, recorded as Document No. 1039723 in the office of the Recorder, said County; thence South 00 degrees 43 minutes 01 second East along said west line of that tract of land, a distance of 0.34 feet to a found 1/2” diameter iron pipe capped with Minnesota Registration No. 12004; thence South 00 degrees 52 minutes 33 seconds East along last said west line, a distance of 221.04 feet to a found 1/2” diameter iron rebar; thence South 01 degree 12 minutes 40 seconds East along last said west line, a distance of 145.51 feet to a found 1/2″ diameter iron monument capped with Minnesota Registration No. 12004 on the southwesterly line of said tract of land; thence South 00 degrees 50 minutes 51 seconds East along the west line of that certain tract of land described in Quit Claim Deed Doc. No. 857327, according to the files of said Recorder, a distance of 137.02 feet to a found 1/2″ diameter iron pipe capped with Minnesota Registration No. 12004 on the northeasterly line of said LINDEN PARK ON PELICAN LAKE, OTTER TAIL CO., MINN.; thence North 50 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds West along said northeasterly line, a distance of 80.98 feet to an angle point in said northeasterly line; thence North 60 degrees 55 minutes 19 seconds West along said northeasterly line, a distance of 97.06 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 61,079 square feet more or less.
There is also served upon you herewith a copy of the complaint of the Plaintiffs which you may answer.
