THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
    You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiffs’ attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service.  If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
THIS ACTION involves, affects or brings into question real property situated in the
County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota described as follows:
That part of Lot One (1) of Linden Park on Pelican Lake, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, and that part of Government Lot Five (5), Section Six (6), Township One Hundred Thirty-seven (137) North, Range Forty-two (42) West, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the north quarter corner of said Sec. 6; thence South 00°02’38” West, assumed bearing along the north-south quarter line of said Sec. 6, a distance of 1,708.56 feet to the intersection of the northwesterly extension of the northeasterly line of said Lot 1; thence South 60°55’07” East, along said northeasterly line of Lot 1, a distance of 279.73 feet to Point “A”; thence continuing South 60°55’07” East, along said northeasterly line of Lot 1, a distance of 117.38 feet to the easterly most corner of said Lot 1; thence, reversing course, North 60°55’07” West, along said northeasterly line of Lot 1, a distance of 8.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence South 31°46’08” West, parallel to the southeasterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 45.00 feet; thence North 60°55’07” West, parallel to said northeasterly line of Lot 1, a distance of 17.00 feet; thence South 31°46’08” West, parallel with said southeasterly line of Lot 1, a distance of 112 feet more or less to the shoreline of Pelican Lake; thence northwesterly, along said shoreline, 104 feet more or less to a line bearing South 36°11’35” West from aforesaid Point “A”; thence North 36°11’35” East 150 feet more or less to said Point “A”; thence South 60°55’07” East, along said northeasterly line of Lot 1, a distance of 109.38 feet to the point of beginning.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the object of this action is to obtain a judgment that Plaintiffs, Charles D. Kroshus and Amy M. Kroshus, are the owners in fee simple of the above-described real property; and that other than described and allocated in the Complaint, the Defendants, and each of them, be declared to have no right, title, estate, right to possession, lien or interest in the real estate described above.
The Defendants will take notice that no personal claim is made by the Plaintiffs against any of the defendants.
