Vernal S. Babb, aka Vernal Bapp, deceased; Tilda M. Bapp, aka Tilda M. Moler; Paul Moler; Larry J. Pikala, aka Lawerence Joseph Pikala, deceased, Estate of Lawrence Joseph Pikala; LuAnne E. Pikala, deceased; and all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, interest, or lien in the real estate described in the complaint herein,
   Defendants.
THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon plaintiffs’ attorneys an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service.  If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects, or brings into question real property situated in the County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota described as follows:
The East Twenty-Five (25) feet of Lot Two (2) and the West Twenty-Five (25) feet of Lot Three (3), Block Thirty (30) of North Division to Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the object of said action is to obtain a judgment declaring that plaintiffs are the owners in fee, as joint tenants, of the property described above, subject only to:
1.  A mortgage deed in favor of Midwest Bank, pursuant to that certain mortgage deed dated May 31, 2018, in the office of the Otter Tail County Recorder on June 4, 2018, as Document No. 1206973, which legal description shall be reformed to the property described above.
2.  An easement in favor or the City of Fergus Falls, Minnesota, pursuant to that certain easement deed dated November 8, 1954, recorded in the office of the Otter Tail County Recorder on December 8, 1954, in Book 318, Deeds on Page 13, and as Document No. 391351,
And that the defendants, and each of them, have no right, title, estate, interest, or lien in or upon the said real estate.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that no personal claim is made by plaintiffs against any of the defendants.
