Old Town Clitherall’s Cutlerite Church Moves

The original Justice Two reclaimed the Old Town Clitherall General Store developing a popular coffee, sandwich and refreshment business. Now they have purchased and carefully moved the existing Cutlerite Church onto a new foundation on the Justice Two property. Following the successful renovation of the general store, owner Mike Blaskowski acquired the church and plans to utilize the building as it served in its day and host events such as weddings. Mike says it is a natural addition to the property and they now can host events and provide catering services for any event. The new setting places the church in a semi wooded area, much like the area was when the original church was placed. Careful renovation of both structures retains the historic point on the lake, and preserves a part of the first permanent community settlement in Otter Tail County.
