Moerkes Honored As Grant County Family of the Year

The Shannon and Lynda Moerke (above) family of Ashby has been honored by receiving recognition as the 2018 Grant County Family of the Year. This prestigious honor was given by the University of Minnesota.

Both are farm raised locally; Shannon just south of Ashby, son of Bob and Joan Moerke and a graduate of Ashby High School. Lynda, daughter of Myron and JoyDell Haberer, just a few miles south of the Moerke farm.
