Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statute 394.26 NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment in the Commissioners’ Room of the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, MN at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 13, 2018 for considering applications for variance for the following:

6:30 p.m. – Thursday, September 13, 2018 Meeting

1. Richard A. Phelps, part of Government Lot 6, Section 3 of Nidaros Township by Stuart Lake, request a variance from the ordinary high-water level setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.

2. MaryJane and Don Westra, Lots 21 and 22 Okeson Beach, Eagle Lake in Eagle Lake Township, request a variance from the maximum allowable impervious surface coverage within the shore impact zone and a variance from the side lot line and ordinary high-water level setback requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.

3. Charles and Polly Ann Grell, part of Government Lot 4, Section 34 of Girard Township by West Battle Lake, request a variance from the substandard contiguous lot requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.

4. Jennifer Wulfekuhle, part of Lot 3 and all of Lot 4 Segar Beach, Otter Tail Lake in Everts Township, request a variance from the ordinary high-water level setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
