Ashby School Fall Sports Starts

Ashby School started their fall sports season with seven travelling to Barrett for Knights practice; Ashby partnering with West Central Area in football. Season opener is against Thief River Falls at home with kick off at 7 p.m. Pictured are Coach Peter Nelson, Hunter Norby, Torin Olson, Matson Hoff, Vincent Finkelson, Miles Hoff, Carson Spangler, Evan Paulson and Coach Andy Peterson.

Lady Arrows also started their practice and named Courtney Koefod, Kalista Aamot and Amelia Barry as tri-captains. Their season opener is Tuesday, August 27 against West Central Area in Barrett with “C” game 5 p.m., JV at 6 p.m. and Varsity 7:15 p.m. First home match is scheduled for Thursday, August 29 against Henning. JV is 6 p.m. and Varsity 7:15 p.m.
