THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
    You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service.  If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
     THIS ACTION involves, affects or brings into question real property situated in the  County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota described as follows:
That part of Government Lot 4, Section 28, Township 133, Range 42, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the North Quarter corner of said Section 28; thence on an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West along the north line of said Section 28, a distance of 788.24 feet; thence South 11 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 558.07 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing South 11 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 16.51 feet; thence southerly, on a tangential curve concave to the west, having a radius of 601.98 feet, a delta angle of 23 degrees 53 minutes 54 seconds, for an arc distance of 251.09 feet; thence North 75 degrees 40 minutes 54 seconds West a distance of 301.25 feet; thence North 05 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 191.49 feet to a point which bears South 89 degrees 57 minutes 33 seconds West distant 274.91 feet from the point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes 33 seconds East a distance of 274.91 feet to the point of beginning.  Containing 1.55 acres more or less. Subject to the rights of the public in Canterbury Lane over and across the easterly boundary thereof.
     YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the object of this action is to obtain a judgment that the Plaintiff is the owner in fee simple of the above-described real property; and that the Defendants, and each of them, be declared to have no right, title, estate, right to possession, lien or interest in the real estate described above.
     The Defendants will take notice that no personal claim is made by the Plaintiff against any of the defendants.
