Robert “Bob” Lee Tenney – Richville, MN

Robert “Bob” Lee Tenney, age 85, of Richville, MN, passed away Friday, June 26, 2020.

He was born November 2, 1934 in Redwood Falls, MN.

Bob proudly served his country in the Army from January 1955 to December 1957 and worked at State Farm Insurance Company for 35 years. After retirement, he enjoyed worldwide travel with his wife and spending  winters at their Chandler, AZ home.

Bob was passionate about hunting, fishing and skiing with his sons and spending time in the great outdoors. Labs were a cherished companion in Bob’s home and Turk, was his most recent Chocolate Lab.

Bob will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Leona “Sue” Tenney, and brother, Donald Tenney.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, Jeanette of 61 years; son, Daniel (Carolyn) Tenney, son, Paul (Lori Hoffman) Tenney; son, Greg (Jill) Tenney; granddaughter Alissa (Josh) Hageman; granddaughter, Jenna Tenney; grandson, Ross Tenney; great-grandsons, Weston Hageman, Greyson Hageman and Mason Kohn; brother, Ward (Diane) Tenney.

A Memorial Mass will be at Our Lady of Lake Parish Catholic Church in Battle Lake, MN Monday, July 27 at 10 a.m. A private burial will follow at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
