THIS ACTION involves, affects or brings into question real property situated in the County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota described as follows: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 133 Range 41, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 3 of Gronner and Hagen’s Addition to Underwood, according to the certified plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Otter Tail County, Minnesota; thence northerly along the westerly line of said Lot 5 or the northerly extension thereof a distance of 150 feet to the southerly line of East Highland Avenue and the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence reversing course southerly on the previous line a distance of 150 feet more or less to the point of commencement; thence Westerly on the westerly extension of the southerly line of said Lot 5 a distance of 145 feet to the easterly line of South East Street; thence northerly along said easterly line a distance of 150 feet to the junction of the easterly line of said South East Street and the southerly line of said East Highland Avenue; thence easterly along the southerly line of said East Highland Avenue a distance of 145 feet to the point of beginning. Nordick is the owner in fee simple of the above-described real property; and that the Defendants, and each of them, be declared to have no right, title, estate, right to possession, lien or interest in the real estate described above.
