NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTE §412.851  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the City Council on the 11th day of July, 2023 in the Battle Lake City Hall located at 108 East Main at 7:00 p.m. to consider a proposed vacation to vacate 925.5 feet of the East/West alley,  starting at parcel #63000990356000 owned by Ryan and Jessica Christensen, 504 North Shore Drive starting at Cunty Road 89 on the west end and going east 925.5 feet to parcel 6300099363000 owned by the Paulson Family, 516 North Shore Drive and stopping at the unnamed street running north and south, reserving the vacation area for drainage and utility easement for the City of Battle Lake.     Any objections to the granting of this alley vacation may be made in person at said hearing, or by letter received by the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Battle Lake, PO Box 386, Battle Lake, MN 56515-0386 on or before, Tuesday, July 11, 2023.    BY ORDER OF THE BATTLE LAKE CITY COUNCIL Valerie J.
