ABE, Bulldogs CC Runners Start Season

ABE ….

There are a lot of positives about this Cross Country team. Most importantly, they are very coachable. Every day in practice, they listen and focus on the daily objective. There is a desire that hasn’t been around the team for the last couple years. Even things as simple as a cool down stretch, the team does them with purpose. The A-B-E Bolts CC team ran in Staples at the Vintage Golf Course for the Central Minnesota River Run meet this morning. Official results can be found here.

Brady Speicher begins his sixth season as Otter Tail Central Cross Country Coach. The Bulldogs were third in the Conference and fifth at the Section meet in both boys’ and girls’ competition last fall. Joseph Froslee, August Wicklund and Erika Heibel were lost to graduation. Speicher is assisted by Leslie Setterholm and Joe DeMars.
