Lady Rockets and Rocket Gridmen Victorious

Hillcrest and Underwood squared off for the second time in a week Tuesday night on the Comets home floor. The home team recorded a 3-1 (25-16, 22-25, 25-20, 25-22) victory over the visiting Rockets. The Underwood volleyball team captured the Underwood MEA Tournament title on Thursday, beating Verndale 2-0 (25-19, 25-23) in the championship match.

The Underwood Rockets piled up the yards and the points Wednesday night as they ended their regular season schedule with a 44-7 thrashing of the Ortonville Trojans.
