If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. THIS ACTION involves, affects or brings into question real property situated in the County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota described as follows: All that part of Government Lot 7, Section 11, Township 134, Range 43, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Government Lot 7; thence South 88 degrees 30 minutes 53 seconds East (bearing is based on Otter Tail County Coordinates – 2011 Adjustment) along the south line of said Government Lot 7, a distance of 805.70 feet; thence North 52 degrees 49 minutes 07 seconds East a distance of 292.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence South 52 degrees 49 minutes 07 seconds West a distance of 174.30 feet to the northwest corner of a tract of land described in Documents Numbers 906759 and 927884, as filed in the office of the County Recorder; thence North 85 degrees 57 minutes 16 seconds East along the northerly line of said tract of land, a distance of 322 feet more or less to the shoreline of Long Lake; thence northwesterly along said shoreline to the intersection with a line which bears North 85 degrees 37 minutes 07 seconds East from the point of beginning; thence South 87 degrees 37 minutes 07 seconds West a distance of 155 feet more or less to the point of beginning. Containing 23,087 square feet more or less. Together with an ingress and egress easement over and across said Government Lot 7, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Government Lot 7; thence South 88 degrees 30 minutes 53 seconds East (bearing is based on Otter Tail County Coordinates – 2011 Adjustment) along the south line of said Government Lot 7, a distance of 805.70 feet; thence North 52 degrees 49 minutes 07 seconds East a distance of 292.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence South 52 degrees 49 minutes 07 seconds West a distance of 174.30 feet to the northwest corner of a tract of land described Documents Numbers 906759 and 927884, as filed in the office of the County Recorder; thence South 02 degrees 46 minutes 18 seconds West along the westerly line of said tract of land, a distance of 62.47 feet to the northerly line of the dedicated road as dedicated in MERZ ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence westerly on a non-tangential curve, along said northerly line of the dedicated road, concave to the south, having a radius of 60.00 feet and a delta angle of 19 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds and a chord bearing of South 82 degrees 43 minutes 51 seconds West, for an arc distance of 20.10 feet to the southeasterly corner of Lot 1, Block 1, said MERZ ADDITION; thence North 02 degrees 03 minutes 41 seconds East along the east line of said Lot 1, a distance of 70.00 feet; thence North 52 degrees 53 minutes 25 seconds East a distance of 158.33 feet; thence North 81 degrees 45 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 33.30 feet to the point of beginning. AND Together with and subject to ingress and egress easements described in said Documents Numbers 906759 and 927884. AND Also subject to an ingress and egress easement described in Documents Number 1185006, as filed in the office of the County Recorder. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the object of this action is to obtain a judgment that Plaintiff, Bridgett Ann Bergan, is the owner in fee simple of the above-described real property; and that the Defendants, and each of them, be declared to have no right, title, estate, right to possession, lien or interest in the real estate described above. The Defendants will take notice that no personal claim is made by the Plaintiff against any of the Defendants.
