City of Battle Lake Chapter 150 Zoning Change

NOTICE OF HEARING FOR CHANGES TO CHAPTER 150 SHORELAND MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS    Pursuant to City Code #152.069 of the City of Battle Lake, you are hereby notified of a public hearing for proposed changes to the City’s zoning code:  Chapter 150 Shoreland Management Regulations.   The proposed changes to the zoning code are available for inspection at the City Clerk’s office.  The Planning Commission will review the proposed changes on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. and will provide a recommendation to the City Council.    The City Council Hearing will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the 13th of February, 2024 at the City Council Rooms.  Any objections to the granting of this zoning change may be made in person at the time of said Hearing, or by letter received by the Clerk-Treasurer of the City on or before, Tuesday the 6th of February, 2024.    By order of the City Council Valerie J.
