Battle Lake City Shoreland Management Ordinance Change

NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING FOR CHANGES TO CHAPTER 150 SHORELAND MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS    Pursuant to City Code #152.069 of the City of Battle Lake, you are hereby notified of a final public hearing for proposed changes to the City’s zoning code:  Chapter 150 Shoreland Management Regulations.   The proposed changes to the zoning code are available for inspection at the City Clerk’s office.    The City Council Hearing will be conducted at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at the City Council Rooms.  Any objections to the granting of this zoning change may be made in person at the time of said Hearing, or by letter received by the Clerk-Treasurer of the City on or before said hearing.    By order of the City Council Valerie J.
