Trosdahls Open Total Body Fitness

Total Body Fitness opened its doors in the new Hatchery Row building and the journey of how it started is a good one. Owners Shelby Trosdahl and Brittany Bleichner were high school sweethearts and graduated from Battle Lake High School in 2010-11.
