Jeffrey & Barbara Cote, PT of GL 5, Part of GL 6 & Pt of GL 8, Sections 30 of Everts Township by North Turtle Lake, request a variance from the ordinary high water level setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance. 2. Leo & Sharri Benkufsky, Part of GL 8 Bg SW Cor, Section 3 of Nidaros Township by Stuart Lake (56-191), request a variance from the ordinary high water level setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance. 3. Matthew & Erika Danner, Parcel #5 of SL 1 of GL2 Being 100’ on Lake x 235’, Section 23 of Amor Township by Otter Tail Lake (56-242), request a variance from the top of the bluff setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
