Pickleball Courts Coming To Battle Lake

Land has been donated by the City of Battle Lake to build four new pickleball courts. Although originally planned for Lions Park, the location has now changed to a site just northeast of the Battle Lake High School. It is at the dead-end road of North McKinley Ave., a gravel road between the school and First Lutheran Church Cemetery going north. It is a beautiful location with an amphitheater-like setting surrounded by trees for wind protection.
