AHS and UHS Trap Teams Shot Well

The Ashby High School Trap Team wrapped up their 2024 season with a Fun Shoot and Awards at Viking Valley Hunt Club last week. Some of our team members, parents, and coaches had such a fun day at the range with an “Annie Oakley” tourney. Jacob S. and Deacon Steenblock came together from each side of the bracket and, with two strikes each on the final shoot out, Jacob got the win to end a day of great shooting by all in attendance! Our 2024 Ashby Trap Season/State awards went to Christian Visher as the Team’s Top Gun (pictured above right), followed by Chloe Finkelson and Jaxon Schmitz! Our Most Improved was Emily Nelson and the Rookie of the Year was Noah Anderson!
