NOTICE OF SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE

On July 16, 2024 the Clitherall City Council approved Chapter 113.

The specific title of the ordinance is “CHAPTER 113: Peddlers, Solicitors, and Transient Merchants.” Chapter 113 regulates the time, place, and activities of peddlers, solicitors and transient merchants within the City of Clitherall.
