A Day On The Roof

Not sure if you heard about Ashby School Principal Eric Schoenbauer and Superintendent Jon Moore spent Friday, August 23 on the roof of the school as a challenge. Parents and community members were asked to donate money for upcoming speakers or field trips and rais a total of $5,675. Every $500 donated earned an hour of their time on the roof. They spent from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. on the roof in total. They had an inflatable race on the roof and the fire department came to spray them down when it got hot.
