If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint. THIS ACTION involves, affects or brings into question real property situated in the County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota described as follows: TRACT 1 – That part of Sublot Five (5) of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW 1/4 SE 1/4), Section Thirty-five (35), Township One Hundred Thirty-three (133), Range Forty-three (43), Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot One (1), Block One (1), LINDBLOM ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West (bearing is based on Otter Tail County Coordinates – 1996 adjustment) along the north line of said Lot One (1), a distance of 154.45 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot One (1); thence North 01 degree 02 minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 102.89 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing North 01 degree 02 minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 78.64 feet; thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 131.45 feet; thence South 00 degrees 43 minutes 12 seconds West a distance of 78.72 feet to the intersection with a line which bears North 89 degrees 59 minutes 03 seconds East from the point of beginning; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 03 seconds West a distance of 131.88 feet to the point of beginning. TRACT 1A – That part of Sublot Five (5) of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW 1/4 SE 1/4), Section Thirty-five (35), Township One Hundred Thirty-three (133), Range Forty-three (43), Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot One (1), Block One (1), LINDBLOM ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West (bearing is based on Otter Tail County Coordinates – 1996 adjustment) along the north line of said Lot One (1), a distance of 154.45 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot One (1); thence North 01 degree 02 minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 102.89 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as Point A; thence continuing North 01 degree 02 minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 78.64 feet; thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 131.45 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing North 89 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 22.00 feet to the westerly line of Valley Drive, as dedicated in Lindblom Second Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence South 00 degrees 43 minutes 12 seconds West along said westerly line, a distance of 78.73 feet to the intersection with a line which bears North 89 degrees 59 minutes 03 seconds East from the aforementioned Point A; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 03 seconds West a distance of 22.00 feet to the intersection with a line which bears South 00 degrees 43 minutes 12 seconds West from the point of beginning; thence North 00 degrees 43 minutes 12 seconds East a distance of 78.72 feet to the point of beginning. TRACT 3 That part of Sublot 5 of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 35, Township 133, Range 43, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, LINDBLOM ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West (bearing is based on Otter Tail County Coordinates – 1996 adjustment) along the north line of said Lot 1, a distance of 154.45 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence North 01 degree 02 minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 181.53 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing North 01 degree 02 minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 91.30 feet; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of 264.71 feet to a line drawn parallel with the north-south quarter of said Section 35, from a point on the east-west quarter line distant 742.50 feet east of the center of said Section 35; thence South 00 degrees 42 minutes 19 seconds West parallel with said north-south quarter line, a distance of 91.54 feet to the intersection with a line which bears South 89 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West from the point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 264.19 feet to the point of beginning. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the object of this action is to obtain a judgment that Plaintiff is the owner in fee simple of the above-described real property; and that the Defendants, and each of them, be declared to have no right, title, estate, right to possession, lien or interest in the real estate described above. The Defendants will take notice that no personal claim is made by the Plaintiff against any of the Defendants.
