BL Senior Center In Need Of Heating System … Donate Now

The Battle Lake Senior Center, where the Food Shelf is located, is starting a fundraising effort to pay for a badly needed heating system. The building is home for the Paul Putman Legion Post 289, Meals on Wheels, Senior Dining during the week and various other groups. The Senior Center operates strictly on donations from the public, service groups and most recently an annual raffle to raise money.
