Terry & Cynthia Hanson, 2.50 Ac Tract in GL 7, Section 09 of Sverdrup Township by Anna Lake (56-448), request a variance from the ordinary high water level requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance. 2.Michael J Vander Berg Rev Trust Et Al, Lot 16 of Albrecht’s Addn to Nirvana, Section 35 of Girard Township by East Battle Lake (56-138), request a variance from the impervious surface requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
