Harringtons Named WOT SWCD Conservationists of the Year 2024

Each year, the West Otter Tail Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) recognizes individuals or or-ganizations for their outstanding accomplishments by improving and protecting Otter Tail County’s natural resources. This year’s Outstanding Conservationists are Gary and Karalyn Harrington of Battle Lake.
