NOTICE OF ROAD VACATION HEARING EVERTS TOWNSHIP OTTER TAIL COUNTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the town board of Everts Township, Otter Tail County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on the 11th day of March, 2025 at 8:15 p.m. at the Everts Township Town Hall located at 26085 355th Ave., Battle Lake, MN 56515 for the purpose of considering and acting upon vacation of the right of way as platted in the Plat of Inglewood on the following described properties: See Exhibit A attached hereto.
