NOTICE OF ROAD VACATION HEARING EVERTS TOWNSHIP OTTER TAIL COUNTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the town board of Everts Township, Otter Tail County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on the 11th day of March, 2025 at 8:15 p.m. at the Everts Township Town Hall located at 26085 355th Ave., Battle Lake, MN 56515 for the purpose of considering and acting upon vacation of the right of way as platted in the Plat of Inglewood on the following described properties: See Exhibit A attached hereto. All persons interested in this matter are encouraged to attend the hearing.The tracts of land through which said road passes and the owners and occupants thereof are as follows: Patricia Lu Evensen Goettsch Dated: February 20, 2025 Roland Mann, Everts Township Clerk Exhibit A W1⁄2 of Lot 22 of the platted tract of land known as Inglewood, Town of Everts AND That part of Lot Twenty-three (23) of Inglewood, Government Lot Six (6), Section One (1), Township One hundred thirty-three (133) North, Range Forty (40) West, Otter Tail County, Minnesota lying easterly of the following described line: Beginning at an iron monument located at the intersection of the south right of way line of Trunk Highway No. 78 and the lot line between Lots 22 and 23, as surveyed and staked by Anderson Land Surveying in 2006, thence along the said south right of way line along a curve concave to the north with an axe langth of 2.91 feet, radius of 1959.76 feet and a chord bearing of North 84 degrees 39 minutes 32 seconds East, bearing based on the 2006 Anderson Land Surveying Survey; thence South 00 degrees 08 minutes 56 seconds East, parallel with and.2.90 feet easterly of the said ‘Lot line between Loto 22 and 23, ao surveyed and ataked by Anderson Surveying in 2006, a distanca of 210.85 feet; thence South 89 degrees 39 minutes 07 seconds West a distance of 6.83 feet to a point on the line between Lots 22 and 23 as staked by Oslund and Associates in 2000; thence South 01 degrees 46 minutes 36 seconds East, along the said line between Lots 22 and 23 as staked by Oslund and Associates in 2000, a distance of 35.00 feet; thenae South 88 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 3.10 feet; thence South 00 degrees 40 minutes and 41 seconds Eust a distance of 38.00 feet; thence South 01 degrees 17 minutes 29 seconds East a distance of 70.50 feat more or less to the shore of Blanche Lake.
