Lincoln Housing Project Progressing

A redevelopment opportunity in Battle Lake will soon be a 10-unit workforce housing apartment, according to Otter Tail County Community Development (CDA) Director Amy Baldwin. The Lincoln project is located on the corner of Summit Street and Lincoln Avenue in Battle Lake, one block west off Highway 78.
