Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statute 394.26 NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment in the Commissioners’ Room of the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, MN or virtually (please refer to the Otter Tail County website for the link for the meeting) at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2025, for considering applications for variance for the following: 1. James & Barbara Collins, E 66’ of Lot 2 & All Lot 3 & W 34’ of Lot 4 of Albrecht’s Addn to Nirvana, Section 03 of Nidaros Township by East Battle Lake, request a variance from the ordinary high-water level and road right of way requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance. 2. Paul & Dianne Radermacher, Lot 6 Blk 3 Ex Nely 3’ & Vac Rd Adj and Lot 22 Blk 3 of Midway Beach, Section 31 of Otter Tail Township by Otter Tail Lake (56-242) request a variance from the lot line requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance. 3. Noyes Family Rev Lvg Tst 3/11, Lot 33 of Basswood Ridge, Section 2 of Tordenskjold Township by South Turtle Lake (56-377) request a variance from the ordinary high water level setback requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
