City of Battle Lake Zoning Code Chapter 152

NOTICE OF HEARING ON CHANGES TO ZONING CODE CHAPTER 152    Pursuant to City Code #152 of the City of Battle Lake, you are hereby notified of a public hearing for changes to the City’s zoning code.   Proposed changes to the zoning code are available for inspection at the City Clerk’s office.    The City Council Hearing will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the 28th of October at the City Council Rooms.  Any objections to the granting of this zoning change may be made in person at the time of said Hearing, or by letter received by the Clerk-Treasurer of the City on or before, Tuesday the 28th of October 2025.   By order of the City Council Valerie J.
