City of Battle Lake Non-Codified Ordinance #2020

CITY OF BATTLE LAKE, MINNESOTA TITLE:  NON-CODIFIED ORDINANCE #2020   On October 28, 2025, Battle Lake City Council approved this amendment to Chapter 152 of the Zoning Code.   § 152.072 APPLICATION FOR PUDs. The applicant for a PUD must submit the following documents prior to final action being taken on the application request: (A)    A site plan and/or a plat for the project showing locations of property boundaries, surface water features, existing and proposed structures and other facilities, land alterations, sewage treatment and water supply systems (where public systems will not be provided), and topographic contours at ten-foot intervals or less. When a PUD is a combined commercial and residential development, the site plan and/or plat must indicate and distinguish which buildings and portions of the project are residential, commercial, or a combination of the two; Exception: For minor structural features such as decks, balconies, porches, or similar building appurtenances that do not exceed 100 square feet in area and do not affect property boundaries, utilities, surface water features, or topography, a dimensioned sketch drawn to scale may be submitted in lieu of a full site plan as long as impervious and setback permit criteria are met.   A complete copy of Ordinance #2020 of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Battle Lake is available for public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s Web-site:  www.ci.battle-lake.mn.us   Valerie J.
