Greg and Julie Kugler from the Underwood Lions handed out dictionaries to the third grade students at Underwood School again this year. The children were excited to look through them and learn how to use them. They learned that not only can they learn how to spell a word but they can learn sign language, information from each state, multiplication tables, U. S. Presidents and of course finding the longest word in the dictionary. Do you know it? Give you a hint. It starts with a “P” and has 45 letters. As always once again this year the Underwood Lions do so enjoy doing this for the students but also spending this time with them!
