Defendants. ———————————————————————————————– SUMMONS ———————————————————————————————– THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiffs’ attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. THIS ACTION involves, affects or brings into question real property situated in the County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota described as follows: All that part of Government Lot 8, Section 6, Township 132, Range 39, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said Government Lot 8; thence North 86 degrees 40 minutes 05 seconds East on an assumed bearing along the north line of said Government Lot 8, a distance of 33.06 feet to a line drawn parallel with and distant 33 feet east of the west line of said Government Lot 8; thence South 00 degrees 10 minutes 24 seconds West parallel with said west line, a distance of 66.48 feet; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of 81.88 feet; thence South 00 degrees 10 minutes 37 seconds East a distance of 406 feet more or less to the shoreline of Clitherall Lake; thence northwesterly along said shoreline to the intersection with the west line of said Government Lot 8; thence northerly along of said west line of Government Lot 8 to the point of beginning; Except the West 33 feet of said Government Lot 8. Together with the road easements as described in Warranty Deed Document No. 920518, as filed of public record. AND Together with an ingress egress easement over and across the following described real property: All that part of Government Lot 8, Section 6, Township 132, Range 39, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, lying 16.5 feet right of the following described line: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Government Lot 8; thence North 86 degrees 40 minutes 05 seconds East on an assumed bearing along the north line of said Government Lot 8, a distance of 33.06 feet to a line drawn parallel with and distant 33 feet east of the west line of said Government Lot 8 and the point of beginning of said line; thence South 00 degrees 10 minutes 24 seconds West parallel with said west line, a distance of 175 feet and there terminating. The sidelines to said easement are the north line of said Government Lot 8 on the North and South 86 degrees 40 minutes 05 seconds West from the point of termination on the South. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the object of this action is to obtain a judgment that Plaintiffs are the owners in fee simple of the above-described real property; and that the Defendants, and each of them, be declared to have no right, title, estate, right to possession, lien or interest in the real estate described above. The Defendants will take notice that no personal claim is made by the Plaintiffs against any of the Defendants.
