At 6:00 p.m. the Underwood Truth in Taxation hearing was held with Steve Pumpter from PTMA presenting. Motion to approve Final 2025 Pay 2026 Tax Levy Certification for $1,469,936.78 (Sem/Albjerg: Voting in Favor: Baker, Waltz, Albjerg and Sem; Voting Against: Mark and Meder – MC). The Underwood School Board Regular December meeting was held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, in the conference room. Present were Board Members Jay Mark, Jen Albjerg, Rebekah Meder, Adam Baker, Kyle Sem and Chris Waltz; Student Representative Mason Hoyt; and Superintendent Jeff Wilson. Absent: None. Visitors: Erin Hoyt. Waltz, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:26 p.m. with a quorum present. The Underwood Public School Belief Statement was read by Waltz. Wilson gave the Activities Director/Community Education and Principal reports, followed by the Superintendent report. Motion to approve Summer 2026 Facilities Plans for EIFS, Flooring, Roof as planned for 2026/ (Mark/Meder: MCU). Motion to set Monday, January 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. as the 2026 School Board Reorganizational and Regular January School Board Meeting (Meder/Baker: MCU). Motion to adjourn (Mark/Baker: MCU).
