THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiffs’ attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
THIS ACTION involves, affects or brings into question real property situated in the County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota described as follows:
That part of Government Lot 7, Section 6, Township 132 North, Range 39 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Lot 20 in the plat of Robinson’s Addition to Clitherall, Otter Tail Co. Minn., said plat is on file and of record in the office of the Recorder in said County; (for descriptive purposes, the easterly line of Lots 20 through 23 inclusive in said Robinson’s Addition to Clitherall, Otter Tail Co Minn. has an assumed bearing of South 01 degree 43 minutes 12 seconds West); thence South 77 degrees 43 minutes 55 seconds East 10.50 feet; thence South 00 degrees 01 minute 42 seconds East 340 feet, more or less, to the water’s edge of Clitherall Lake; thence northwesterly along said water’s edge to the easterly line of said Lot 23; thence North 01 degree 43 minutes 12 seconds East 326 feet, more or less, along the easterly line of said Lots 23 through 20 inclusive to the point of beginning.
Together with a non-exclusive ingress egress easement over and across Government Lot 7, Section 6, Township 132 North, Range 39 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the northeasterly corner of Lot 20 in the plat of Robinson’s Addition to Clitherall, Otter Tail Co Minn., said plat is on file and of record in the office of the Recorder in said County; (for descriptive purposes, the easterly line of Lots 20 through 23 inclusive in said Robinson’s Addition to Clitherall, Otter Tail Co. Minn. has an assumed bearing of South 01 degree 43 minutes 12 seconds West); thence South 77 degrees 43 minutes 55 seconds East 10.50 feet to the place of beginning; thence South 00 degrees 01 minute 42 seconds East 140 feet; thence South 77 degrees 43 minutes 55 seconds East 12.50 feet more or less to the east line of said Government Lot 7; thence northerly along said east line to a point lying South 77 degrees 43 minutes 55 seconds East from the point of beginning; thence North 77 degrees 43 minutes 55 seconds West to the point of beginning.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the object of this action is to obtain a judgment that Plaintiffs are the owners in fee simple of the above-described real property; and that the Defendants, and each of them, be declared to have no right, title, estate, right to possession, lien or interest in the real estate described above.
The Defendants will take notice that no personal claim is made by the Plaintiffs against any of the Defendants.
