AOL Features BLS Student Art

An exhibit of art by Battle Lake students will be featured at the Art of the Lakes Gallery from April 11-20. Battle Lake School Art teacher Amanda Callahan has curated artwork from her students across all ages from kindergarten through grade 12.

The student art exhibit will be open Saturdays from 11 a.m.-3. p.m. and Sundays 12-4 pm. A closing reception will be Monday, April 20 from 3-5:30 p.m. The reception is free to attend and all are invited.

This is the first school year in which art has been offered as a regular class in the Battle Lake curriculum. Art of the Lakes is proud to support this wonderful and important addition to the community!
