Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statute 394.26 NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment in the Commissioners’ Room of the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, MN or virtually (please refer to the Otter Tail County website for the link for the meeting) at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2026, for considering applications for variance for the following:
- David Sura, Lot 2 Blk 3 of Valhalla Estates, Section 35 of Girard Township by East Battle Lake (56-138), requests a variance from the top of the bluff setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County.
- Olson Family Rev Living Tst, Lot 29 of Dursch’s Silver Bay, Section 33 of Everts Township by First Silver Lake (56-302), requests a variance from the ordinary high water level setback of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County.
- Anna Welch Et Al, Lot 20 of Timberlane Beach Rearrangement, Parcels #753 & #902 not to be split, Section 5 of Everts Township by Round Lake (56-297), requests a variance to unattached Parcels #753 & #902.
