Juvenile Arrested In Cenex Burglary

Sheriff deputies Memorial Day, May 25, reported a burglary at the Battle Lake Cenex Gas Station near Highway 210 on the south side of town.

Sheriff deputies, after receiving a call, arrived at the station at 1:08 a.m. and found that the door to the business had been forced open. It was later discovered that several items had been taken.

A juvenile suspect was identified and later located and arrested. The juvenile male was taken to the West Central Juvenile Center in Moorhead. He was charged with third degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and first-degree criminal damage to property.
